Freelance Artist and Designer - Services offered, but are not limited to: Teaching yoga and art; designing and painting murals, stencils and faux-finishes; tile design and installation, including mosaics; carpentry work; restoring sculptural objects, such as, architectural elements, statues, and sculptural frames; design print and web graphics. Created and sell handmade art objects.
2011 Historic Macon - Macon, GA. In the process of redesigning/redecorating an old
cigarette machine that will be used to sell small works of art.
Sean Miller and Craig Coleman - Macon, GA. Transcribed a five hour
recording of an interview with Fluxus Artist, Ben Patterson.
Imperial Woodpecker Productions - New York, NY. Scenic painter for a
Dodge Durango commercial filmed in Byron, GA.
2010 Jeff Olmsted (General Contractor) - Fort Collins, CO. Worked on several
remodeling jobs, including the installation of windows, creating a ski equipment
closet and building a mudroom.
Macon Arts Alliance - Macon, GA. Created handmade ornaments out of
polymer clay and then painted them with inks.
Humidity Gallery - Tallahassee, FL. Created handmade ornaments out of
polymer clay and then painted them with inks.
Firehouse Creative Productions: Bread and Roses Summers Art Camp -
Macon, GA. Main responsibility was teaching at-risk youth art and yoga
Monday through Thursday during the month of July. Age group was from 6 -12
Also, helped other teachers when needed, took photos for documentation
purposes, and was primary facilitator during opening and closing "sharing"
circles.
2009 Yoga Moga - Macon, GA. Taught a beginner's level Yoga class for over a year.
Also, occasionally substituted for other teacher's Gentle and All-level classes.
Hardest Hitter Productions, LLC - Macon, GA. Scenic painter for a movie set
located in Macon. Responsible for tiling a kitchen counter top; taping an mudding
walls; and faux-finishing the sets to make them appear aged.
Macon Arts Alliance - Macon, GA. Created handmade ornaments out of
polymer clay and then painted them with ink.
Macon Mud Annual Holiday Sale - Macon, GA. Created handmade ornaments
out of polymer clay and then painted with inks.
Museum of Arts and Sciences - Macon, GA. Created a La Befana and Father
Christmas puppets that were used for a Holiday parade and then displayed in
their Celebrate collections.
Alexander II Magnet School's PTA Club - Macon, GA. Designed, built and
decorated 14 playful frames that would house ceramic tiles painted by the
students of Alexander. Volunteered to help the PTA President install them in the
main hallway of the school.
2008 Alexander II Magnet School - Macon, GA. Designed a mural and then painted it
on a wall located on the second floor of the building.
Macon Mud Annual Holiday Sale - Macon, GA. Created handmade ornaments
out of polymer clay and then painted them with inks.
2007 Macon Arts Alliance - Macon, GA. Helped an Atlanta artist fabricate and
install a public art piece designed by local Middle and High School art students.
2006 Broadway Lofts - Macon, GA. Designed and painted a trompe-l'oeil ceramic
tile floor located in a hallway of the building.
2005 Residential Home - Boulder, CO. Designed and built a mudroom storage unit.
2004 Residential Home - Macon, GA. Designed and remodeled a bathroom. Did
everything from removing a window, re-framing walls, light plumbing work,
painting and tiling.
Residential Home - Macon, GA. Designed and installed a mosaic tile
decorative element in the backyard of a residential home.

Freelance Decorative Artist - Duties include, but are not limited to: gilding, stencil work, faux-finishes, mosaics, murals, and 3-d restoration and design. Also photographed old stencil designs and the redesigned them using either Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, or both.
2011 St. Therese Church - Cordele, GA. In the process of restoring and repainting
the Nativity statues that were severely damaged during a fire at the church.
First Baptist Church - Dublin, GA. Designed and hand-painted decorative
elements placed in the frames located on the face of the choir loft banister. Faux-
finished four relief sculptures, four capitals and two columns.
2010 St. Therese Church - Cordele, GA. Restored and repainted four 4ft tall statues
of Jesus, Mary, St. Joseph and St. Therese that were severely damaged during a
fire at the church.
St. Therese Church - Cordele, GA. Restored and repainted the 2 feet tall
Stations of the Cross's sculptural relief plaques.
2009 Grand Opera House - Macon, GA. Designed and hand-painted three decorative
elements located on the ceiling part of the marquee. Also, picked out the metal
decorative elements that were placed on the face of the marquee.
2007 St. Therese Church - Cordele, GA. Restored and repainted one of the Stations
of the Cross's sculptural relief plaques.
2006 St. Joseph's Church - Macon, GA. Painted a marble faux-finish on two angel
statues.
Residential Home - Macon, GA. Vector traced a photograph of an old
decorative stencil. Then too the new vector traced stencil and painted it just
underneath the crown moulding of all four walls in the dining room. Also, restored
the frame of an old mirror.
St. Joseph's Church - Macon, GA. Photographed an old stencil located under-
neath the choir loft of the church. Then took the photograph and vector traced it to
create a new stencil with added embellishments. Created a mock up using the
stencil design. The proposed idea would have been painted on the walls
above the chair rail and underneath the Stations of the Cross.
Cox Capitol Theatre - Macon, GA. Photographed old stencils painted on the
banister face of the balcony level of the theatre. Used Adobe PhotoShop and
Illustrator to digitally recreate the stencil drawings. These images were then
professionally printed out on canvas and placed in the frames located on the
banister face.
2005 Cox Capitol Theatre - Macon, GA. Painted a stencil on the ribs of the theatre
ceiling. Faux-finished the proscenium and designed/painted a stencil on the base
of the proscenium. Gilded the 'C' and two fern leaves located on the top center of
proscenium. Faux-finished all the decorative elements throughout the theatre.
Created a mud relief stencil. Drew the lines on the fake stonewall surrounding
the proscenium. Designed and installed the mosaic base of the wood fire pizza
oven.
Grand Opera House - Macon, GA. Faux-finished the columns of the theatre
and the two statues located on both sides of the proscenium. Also, painted a
flower and a faux-finish on each ceiling of the six theatre boxes.
2004 St. Joseph's Church - Macon, GA. Worked continuously on this job for over a
year. Gilded all sculptural decorative elements in the church as well as all the one-
inch lines found throughout the church. Did a stone faux-finish around the windows
and on the frames of the Stations of the Cross. Did a marble faux-finish to the
base of the columns. Faux-finished the capital of each column and pillar. Faux-
finished and gilded the walls of the two side alters. Helped draw figures that were
placed on the walls of the side alters.
Old Governor's Mansion - Milledgeville, GA. Gilded the sculptural decorative
elements located on the interior of the dome.
THE HOUSE DOCTOR COMPANY - Broomfield, CO
April 1997 - December 2003
General Contractor's Assistant - Remodeled homes throughout the Denver metro area. Was responsible for all duties from demolition to detail work. Duties included, but were not limited to: installing cultured marble, tile, cabinets, counter tops; building walls, cedar decks, floors, wheel chair ramps and built-in storage units; taped and textured walls; caulking and painting; trimming doors and walls. Also, did minor plumbing and electrical work.

Art Instructor - Taught children from ages eight to twelve how to make cyanotypes, pinhole cameras, journals, and life-size self-portraits. Also took the students to the Denver Art Museum to show examples of how artists use color, texture, rhythm, and design in their work.

drove the children to the field trip destinations and spent the day with them.
Macon Arts Alliance - Macon, GA. Taught an art workshop for both kids and
adults during 2nd Sunday Brunch.
2009 Macon Citizen Advocacy Group - Macon, GA. Donated artwork for annual
auction.
Facade Squad - Macon, GA. Painted the facade of a two-story building
located on 2nd Street in Downtown Macon.
2008 Mercer University's Freshman Year Seminar - Macon, GA. Co-designed the
book cover for the new "Mercer Reader".
